Ramya Mohan
Vice President and Head of Group Strategy

Ramya Mohan is the Vice President and Head of Group Strategy at Cyient, with responsibility for driving the company's overall corporate strategy, assessing and cultivating key business expansions and new opportunities.

She oversees the direction and critical decisions of mergers and acquisitions and corporate venturing in alignment with the corporate strategy.

Prior to joining Cyient, Ramya was a Partner at Kearney, where she spent 10 years advising clients in the automotive, transportation, industrial, energy, and private equity sectors on topics such as growth strategy, go-to-market strategy, M&A, and large-scale business transformation.

She worked across three geographies, including India, North America, and South East Asia. Ramya Mohan is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and NIT Trichy.
