PNSV Narasimham, known to his colleagues as Nam, is the President and Head of Corporate Functions at Cyient, where he plays a pivotal role in supporting the company’s strategic vision. His responsibilities span Senior Leadership Engagement, Corporate Governance, Government Relations, ESG, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), as well as spearheading the development of New Infrastructure across the group.

Nam's oversight on governance extends across Cyient’s global legal entities, including operations in North America, APAC and Europe, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and regulatory requirements. With a career spanning over three decades, Nam brings a wealth of experience from leadership roles in global organizations across the manufacturing, services, and technology sectors.

In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Nam is a respected thought leader, actively contributing to industry think tanks, educational institutions, and government advisory boards. He is also a dedicated researcher and educator, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in his field. Nam holds an MBA in Human Resources and earned his PhD from the University of Bristol.
