Enabling seamless monitoring and control, Cyient redesigned a controller board to include advanced features like continuous monitoring, controlling, and recording. We developed an embedded test application, coded the FPGA per customer specifications, and ensured cost savings.

Implementing a secure boot loader with RSA-2048 and SHA-256, we delivered 100% boot validation and a 99% reduction in unauthorized firmware risks. The solution established a Root of Trust, enabled OTA updates with a 98% recovery success rate, and leveraged tri-core architecture to achieve a 40% reduction in boot time, ensuring a secure and future-ready system.
