Murali Yadama is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience in the construction materials industry.

A qualified engineer with an Engineering Degree, specializing in Ceramic & Cement Technology., Murali has played a pivotal role in transforming, MYK GROUP, from a five-member founding team in the year 2000 into a market-leading construction chemical brand with more than 2000 employees.

Under his leadership, the company has established a strong presence in the Indian construction materials sector, driven by innovation, customer focus, and operational excellence.

He currently serves as the Vice-Chairman & Managing Director of MYK LATICRETE India Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s leading tile and stone installation materials companies, and is also the Founder & Director of MYK Arment.

Murali brings deep technical expertise and a first-generation entrepreneur’s perspective on building and scaling successful businesses. His experience spans strategic leadership, business growth, market development, and organizational transformation, providing valuable insights into navigating competitive and evolving markets.

In addition to his executive leadership responsibilities, Murali has served as an Independent Director on the Board of Cyient DLM Limited from July 2023 to July 2026, where he was a member of the Audit, Risk, and CSR Committees. This experience has further strengthened his understanding of corporate governance, risk oversight, and stakeholder stewardship in a listed company environment.
