CYIENT vijAIpatha to Empower more than 2,000 Students across Five Government Schools
Hosapete, December 20, 2025: Cyient Foundation, the CSR arm of Cyient, announced the launch of CYIENT vijAIpatha, a transformative initiative designed to equip students from government schools with future-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence, STEM, Robotics, Coding, and Digital Innovation.
The pilot, deployed across five government schools in Hosapete Taluka, Vijayanagara District, will empower more than 2,000 students from Classes 6 to10 and train over 100 teachers through comprehensive capacity-building programs. The project will establish five fully equipped AI–STEM laboratories, impacting approximately 6,000 households. Each school will receive a fully functional AI Lab, complete with computers, IoT-enabled devices, STEM and robotics kits, and broadband connectivity. In addition, over 200 teachers will undergo structured training to ensure long-term impact and sustainability.
“At Cyient, we believe that technology-driven education is the foundation for an equitable and future-ready India. The initiative reflects our commitment to empowering young learners with the skills, curiosity, and confidence to thrive in a digital world. By partnering with the Government of Karnataka, we aim to enable students to become creators of technology, not just consumers, and contribute meaningfully to the nation’s vision for Viksit Bharat 2047,” said Dr. B.V.R. Mohan Reddy, Founder Chairman, Cyient.
Through hands-on workshops, project-based learning, and innovation challenges, students will not only gain technical knowledge but also learn to apply AI and STEM tools to address real-world community problems. The program includes structured monitoring, evaluation, and certification to track impact and promote continuous improvement.
Building on its strong track record, Cyient Foundation has successfully digitized over 120 government schools, reaching more than 35,000 students with digital literacy. Through its Adopt-a-School initiative, over 21,000 children are currently receiving quality education. Beyond education, the Foundation has also championed women’s empowerment and rural development. Each year, more than 2,000 rural women are trained for sustainable employment.
Cyient Foundation, the CSR arm of Cyient Ltd., is dedicated to driving sustainable social impact through initiatives in education, digital literacy, healthcare, and skill development. Since its inception, the Foundation has partnered with communities, governments, and NGOs to create inclusive and scalable models for change.
