Prototype Support

At Cyient, we enable the development of a working model of a product or component to test a concept or design. In order to do so, we draw upon our experience in the latest rapid-prototype technologies (fused deposition molding, selective laser sintering, vacuum casting, etc.) and conventional methods (casting, machining, fabrication, etc.). Our material experience spans from sheet-metal components, plastics and rubber, to advanced materials like ceramics and polymers. We have worked on prototype development of product and components with a build envelop of less than 50 mm to more than five meters. We are equipped with an in-house and partner ecosystem of mechanical, electronic, electrical and mechatronics lab infrastructure. Our product prototypes are typically used for:
