Meenu Bagla is responsible for strengthening Cyient’s brand reach, relevance, and recognition in new and existing markets, as well as deepening relationships with customers. She specializes in lean marketing, leveraging digital technologies for compelling storytelling, and delivering business growth with transformative marketing.
Meenu has over 20 years of experience, and prior to Cyient, she served as the Global Head of Marketing at Tech Mahindra, where she conceptualized TechMNXT—a brand transformation strategy that led to a non-linear growth in digital revenues. Over the years, she has held several leadership roles and has delivered business impact for a number of global and Indian technology companies, including Wipro, Oracle, and the Aditya Birla Group, among others.
Meenu holds an MBA in marketing from Nirma University and has completed executive programs from the Harvard Business School and Columbia Business School. She is also passionate about the environment and sustainability and is actively involved in furthering the cause of women’s empowerment.
