This paper discusses an Android-based application for mobile devices that can help mobile communication service providers (CSPs) improve network QoS,and in turn, enhance the end-customer experience. It also examines how the application can help service providers ensure better network planning and optimize their network through localized predictions and real-time network measurements. Finally, the paper goes on to explain the architecture and benefits of the solution.
