Hyderabad, 15th October 2014 – Cyient (formerly Infotech Enterprises) has appointed two independent directors-Andrea Bierce and John Paterson-to its board.
The induction further strengthens Cyient's diverse board, reflecting the global spirit of the company. The board members come from a range of industries, functions and backgrounds.
Andrea Bierce has over three decades of industry and consulting experience. She has worked with some of the world's largest financial institutions in the areas of governance, enterprise risk management, compliance and reporting. Andrea has also consulted with a number of global companies on their offshore outsourcing strategy.
John Paterson also brings with him 35+ years of industry experience. He retired recently as president of Rolls-Royce Marine and Industrial Power Systems. Prior to his role at Rolls-Royce, John worked for the Swire Group for 25 years in a number of management positions across the US, UK, Japan, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
