Viswanath (Vish) Machiraju
Head - Corporate Strategy & Development

Long-term growth strategy, corporate development, and investor relations form the core of Vish Machiraju's mandate at Cyient. He leads M&A and strategic partnerships that strengthen the company's capabilities and reinforce its competitive advantage.

Vish joined Cyient in 2010 and has built his career across a wide range of functions. Starting in corporate marketing, he progressed to drive enterprise-wide strategic projects, spent time in Europe as Account Director building client relationships and strategic portfolio across the Nordics and the UK, and led operational responsibilities across Rail, Mining, and Energy verticals, before taking on a global corporate mandate. Prior to Cyient, he held business development roles in the transportation and logistics space at Tech Mahindra and Hexaware Technologies.

Having worked across strategy, sales, delivery, and capital markets, Vish brings an informed and grounded view of what it takes to grow a business of Cyient's scale and complexity. That cross-functional depth gives him a natural ability to see how the company's domain strengths, client relationships, and market opportunities connect, and to translate that understanding into the partnerships, investments, and narratives that shape Cyient's next chapter.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras and a Post Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business, with a dual major in Marketing and Strategy & Leadership.
