As the Chief Marketing Officer, he leads all marketing functions for the organization, responsible for building brand recognition, driving customer engagement, shaping Cyient's value proposition, and executing marketing-led growth across global markets.
Utkarsh brings 18 years of B2B marketing leadership across leading technology and engineering services companies. Most recently, as Head of Marketing at L&T Technology Services, he spearheaded a global brand refresh, including the industry's first-of-its-kind engineering hackathon and bus tour campaign, earning the Best Brand Experience Award, Best Use of Social Media Award, and a Transform Award for Brand Evolution. Before that, at HCLTech, he spent 11 years leading Cloud and Infrastructure marketing, CXO and account-based marketing programs with Wharton and INSEAD, and sports marketing partnerships with Manchester United and the Volvo Ocean Race. Recognized as a Future B2B CMO for 2024 and 2025 by HotTopics and a finalist for B2B Marketer of the Year in 2019, he is known for building marketing functions that deliver both brand impact and commercial results.

He brings to Cyient a deep understanding of how engineering-led businesses can build brand equity, create impactful narratives, and connect with customers at every stage of their journey. He is passionate about advancing marketing through AI-driven strategies and digital transformation, and is known for leading teams with clarity, empathy, and a consistent focus on outcomes that matter to the business.
He holds a degree in Business Management from Dayalbagh Educational Institute and has completed certification programs from Harvard Business Publishing and Northwestern University.
