Shrinivas Kulkarni

As Chief Financial Officer, Shrinivas Kulkarni is responsible for Cyient's global financial strategy, investor relations, and business finance across the organization. His focus is on sustaining financial discipline, enabling strategic investments, and delivering industry-leading profitability.

Over a career spanning close to three decades in finance, Shrinivas has built a strong track record of leadership and partnership at CXO and Board levels. More than 11 of those years have been with the Cyient group, most recently as CFO of Cyient DLM, where he led the carve-out and public listing of the business. The IPO was among the most oversubscribed of its time. Prior to Cyient, he held senior finance leadership roles at EMC², Sasken, and Intel.

Having contributed to Cyient across some of its most significant chapters, Shrinivas brings an institutional understanding of the business that underpins everything he does. He is known for approaching complex financial decisions with clear perspective, and for the quality of relationships he builds with the Board, investors, and internal teams alike.

Shrinivas is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India and holds a Diploma in Business Finance. He has also completed the Organization Leadership Programme at Wharton Business School and the CFO Role in Integrating Strategy and Finance programme at the Indian School of Business.
