He is defining strategy, strengthening market presence, and delivering commercial outcomes that reflect Cyient's ambition to build deep, lasting presence in strategic markets.

Over 25 years, Raj has built and scaled AI, digital, engineering services, and IT businesses across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. His clients span Manufacturing, Energy, Telecom, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Aerospace, CPG, and Retail. He has held senior leadership roles at L&T Technology Services and Cognizant, including as a board member of L&T Thales Technology Services, bringing a track record that spans P&L ownership, M&A execution, and board-level governance across multiple geographies.

Across every role he has held, Raj has paired market foresight with the discipline to build what success requires. He has designed scalable operating models, crafted customer-centric go-to-market strategies, and built high-performing teams across complex, geographically dispersed, multicultural environments. His fluency in AI and emerging technology shapes how he approaches business transformation and builds for long-term industry relevance.

He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the University of Kerala.
