With over 30 years of experience in the engineering and R&D sector, Prabhakaran is a recognized leader in driving technology innovation and digital transformation. He has a proven track record of leading large global teams across industries such as Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, and Renewable Energy, focusing on developing cutting-edge products and solutions that drive business growth.

Prabhakaran’s expertise includes building strategic partnerships with research and academic institutions and creating technology solutions for large OEMs, particularly in avionics—a key focus area for Cyient.

As CTO, Prabhakaran is responsible for shaping Cyient’s technological vision, driving innovation, and expanding the company’s technology footprint.
