Beatrice Lippus
Senior Vice President & Head of Operations, Europe

Leading operations across Europe for Cyient, Beatrice's remit sits at the intersection of client intimacy, delivery excellence, and regional growth. Her responsibilities span existing business development, key customer relationship and governance, programme management, talent and workforce operations, and representing Cyient within the broader European ecosystem.

Her career in engineering solutions and services spans over 20 years, across industries, geographies, and functions. She spent around 14 of those years at Cyient in her first tenure, progressing from sales into senior leadership as VP and Head of the Automotive segment and Managing Director of Cyient's  German entity. She then led the Rail Industry segment globally at Capgemini Engineering as Vice President, before returning to Cyient. All the industries she has worked across, Aerospace and Defense, Rail, Energy, and Industrial, are defined by project-driven execution cycles, deep engineering complexity, and the constant need to evolve technology within a physical asset-heavy setup.

Beatrice brings to this role deep client relationships, sharp instincts for operations, a strong intercultural understanding, and a proven ability to represent Cyient in the European market. Most recently as Business Head for Energy, she focused on integrating expertise across the team to sharpen an execution model that combines customer proximity with global flexibility, while developing the commercial acumen and model for the unit. She is recognized as a thought leader across the industries she serves. From being named among the Top 100 Women in Mobility in 2019 to speaking at the Railway Forum 2023 on Generative AI & digitalization, and at India Energy Week 2026 on green mobility, she is known for bringing both expertise and perspective to the conversations that matter.

She participated in the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business and holds university degrees in psychology and economics. This academic foundation, combined with decades of practical experience in engineering domains, gives her a breadth of perspective that shapes how she leads and how she connects with clients and teams.
