Connectivity, Utilities, and Spatial Intelligence form one of Cyient's strongest portfolios, spanning North America, Europe, and APAC. That is the business Arunav leads, with full accountability for P&L, strategy, and growth. His focus spans scaling large accounts, building IP-led offerings, and deepening partnerships with technology companies, OEMs, and hyperscalers.

That mandate is grounded in over two decades of experience across Telecom, Technology, Manufacturing, Energy, and Utilities. Arunav has held senior leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, IBM, GE, and KPIT, spending over 16 years at Tech Mahindra leading Network Services, 5G Engineering, Cloud Transformation, and Data and AI. In that time, he drove large global engagements with Tier-1 telecom operators and OEMs, while contributing actively to sales, corporate strategy, business transformation, and executive decision-making.

At Cyient, he brings that depth to a clear agenda, advancing Intelligent Network Modernization, accelerating utility digitization, and leveraging spatial intelligence to enable smarter, more sustainable infrastructure. Known for incubating new businesses, simplification at scale, and building high-performance global teams, he is consistently recognized for customer centricity and execution excellence.

Outside of work, Arunav enjoys traveling, exploring global cultures, and spending time with his family.

He holds a Master of Business Administration from SP Jain Mumbai, a Master of Information Technology from Virginia Tech, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune University.
