All services provided by Cyient under Texas DIR Cooperative Contract DIR-CPO-6004 will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with generally accepted industry standards.
If any deliverable materially fails to meet agreed specifications, Cyient will, in accordance with the DIR contract and applicable Purchase Order, correct the issue at no additional cost to the customer.
Cyient’s warranty and return practices shall not be more restrictive or more costly than those permitted under DIR-CPO-6004.
