UK Gender Pay Gap Reporting – Analyzing Data for Insights

Based on the ideas and targets recommended by the UK Government, we develop an annual report on our experience with the gender pay gap: the difference between the average amount that women and men are paid across our entire UK workforce. We understand that there are a variety of reasons leading to this gender pay gap, and principal among them is the inadequate representation of women in senior leadership roles. This is why our report attempts to prioritize transparency and data accuracy, pushing for enlightened legislation as a catalyst of change.
